Club Registration fees which will be invoiced directly (ie outside of PlayHQ):
Super early bird until 6 December $80
Early bird until 17 December $100
Then regular season payment $120
Second (or other) child in a family $50
To play games before Christmas the cut-off date is Friday 6 December
